WHAT TIME MUST FUNCTIONS END?

All functions must finish no later than 12am if you have hired accomodation. If you have booked the venue only then you must have music off by 10am and all guests left by 10.30pm

IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM ON SITE?

Yes there is a bluetooth enabled device available for use

CAN WE BYO OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

Yes we are a BYO venue

WHAT COOKING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

There is a BBQ available. You will however need to bring your own cutlery, crockery, utensils, chopping boards etc

IS THERE RUBBISH AND RECYCLING AVAILABLE?

There are catergorised recycling bins provided and we ask you place the correct items in the correct bins.

We also provide one general Rubbish bin.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS ON SITE?

Yes we have two toilets available for use, please see our gallery for pictures.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

There is plenty of area to park cars. We ask that you park to the RHS (when looking at the venue) and not under the trees.

WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?

We have a maximum capacity of 150 people

CAN WE USE THE FIRE PIT?

You are welcome to use the fire pit from April - October. Outside of these months no fires are permitted.

SMOKING?

We are a smoke free venue due to the fire risk it poses with the surrounding grass etc.
Vaping is permitted.

CAN WE BYO OUR OWN COOKING FACILITIES?

You are welcome to bring your own cooking items like Spits, Gas Burners, Hangi Cookers however we ask you are conscious of where you use them to ensure the wooden floor at the venue is not damaged - burnt / fat and oil drips.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING DOGS / ANIMALS?

As we are located on a working farm, no animals are permitted to be brought by guests.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN DECORATIONS?

You are welcome to supply your own decorations however they must be removed at the conclusion of your function. We also ask that decorations are hung directly to the lighting, also please no confetti; even if it is biodegradable.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO SLEEP / CAMP ON SITE?

Tents or sleeping in cars is not permitted.
